Simple and Healthy Alternative to PB & J Sandwich
2 Rice Cakes (lightly salted)
Natural Peanut Butter 1 & 1/2 Tbs
Fresh Strawberries, sliced
Stevia
Spread rice cakes with peanut butter. Slice Strawberries lengthwise and arrange facedown on cakes. Sprinkle with a little Stevia. Enjoy!
